Grayshift pays 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee, spouse/domestic partner, and child(ren) for our flagship healthcare plan and healthcare starting on the first day.

Grayshift offers a 401K retirement plan with a 3% contribution where you may make additional voluntary pre-tax contributions toward your retirement.

PAID TIME OFF & WELLBEING
Grayshift employees enjoy 13 paid holidays and start out accruing 15 days PTO annually. Additionally, you will accrue 3 sick and 2 wellness/mental health days per year and a robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Grayshift Benefits - Remote Office
HOME OFFICE SET UP & MONTHLY STIPEND
Grayshift provides new employees with a one-time $1,000 stipend towards setting up your home office with awesome equipment. Plus, we provide a $350 monthly stipend toward mobile, internet, and gym membership.

EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT
Grayshift invests in the growth and development of employees by providing up to $5,200 in tuition reimbursement and $2,500 in professional development annually.
Grayshift Benefits - Parental Leave
PARENTAL LEAVE
Grayshift understands the importance for parents in developing familial bonds and supports this through paid family leave for birth, adoptive, and foster parents.
